Exception Clearing

When clearing/categorising an exception, there should not only be a ‘create’ option, there should also be a ‘create & clear’. Typically if the exception has been categorised I need the exception to be cleared; I rarely recall having to create/define an exception and still want it present on the exception list. As a side note, different buttons which have different functions but that are repeated throughout the software should be different colours. This helps with association and efficiency. As an example, if the button for “delete” and “create” are the same colour, I’m more likely to select the wrong one by accident. If “delete” is red in colour and “create” is green in colour, it reduces the chance of unintentional selection

CONSISTENT Employee Alphabetisation

Order names the same way consistently, make it sensible or make so that we, as users, can choose how employee names are ordered in each instance. In different sections of Chronicle the names of employees are ordered in different ways: Sometimes they are placed in order of their First name. Other times they are placed in order of their Second name. there are also some cases were they are in order of their Employee ID I believe. I am too confused from using this software to accurately recollect. This inconsistency results in consistent and unnecessary confusion. Please change swiftly or I will change vocations, create an alternative and superior T&A System that is only semi-functional but will for sure out-compete Chronicle. Thank you ever so much🤩

Employees are unable to view the holiday allocation relevant to their area

I wanted to highlight an issue with how holiday entitlements are currently displayed in the self-service app. At the moment, employees can only see Holiday - SA, regardless of their actual entitlement. For example, a Warehouse employee who is not eligible for Holiday - SA will still see it listed, but without any entitlement. Meanwhile, I can see their correct entitlement (e.g., Holiday - Warehouse) in the background, but it’s not visible to them. This setup is causing confusion, as employees are unable to view the holiday allocation relevant to their area. It would be helpful to explore whether we can adjust the visibility settings so that each employee only sees the holiday type applicable to their role or location.
