CONSISTENT Employee Alphabetisation

Order names the same way consistently, make it sensible or make so that we, as users, can choose how employee names are ordered in each instance.

In different sections of Chronicle the names of employees are ordered in different ways:

• Sometimes they are placed in order of their First name.

• Other times they are placed in order of their Second name.

• there are also some cases were they are in order of their Employee ID I believe.

I am too confused from using this software to accurately recollect.

This inconsistency results in consistent and unnecessary confusion.

Please change swiftly or I will change vocations, create an alternative and superior T&A System that is only semi-functional but will for sure out-compete Chronicle.
