Exception Clearing

When clearing/categorising an exception, there should not only be a ‘create’ option, there should also be a ‘create & clear’. Typically if the exception has been categorised I need the exception to be cleared; I rarely recall having to create/define an exception and still want it present on the exception list.

As a side note, different buttons which have different functions but that are repeated throughout the software should be different colours. This helps with association and efficiency.

As an example, if the button for “delete” and “create” are the same colour, I’m more likely to select the wrong one by accident. If “delete” is red in colour and “create” is green in colour, it reduces the chance of unintentional selection
