Custom holidays don't deduct breaks.

When a custom holiday is booked, i.e. 11am to 3pm, the standard lunch break i.e. 12 to 12.30 isn’t accounted for and the full hours i.e. 4 hours is taken from hols entitlement, instead of 3.5 hours. The holiday booking should talk to the shift pattern.

    We’ve been asking constantly for this to be fixed.

    We would like to see a different way of booking holidays per hour as we don’t think the custom booking feature works correctly.

    I’m hoping by commenting on this now that the people at Chronicle will see it and come back to us with some sort of timescale for a resolution of the problems.
