Working time Regulation alerts

It would be good to have flags for when employees work too many hours in line with the working time regulations. We need to prove that we monitor this and ensure employees have signed opt out for when they do.

As a duty of care to our employees it should be monitored even if they have signed an opt out. So, a report or flag would be helpful.
