Draft Payslips

Payslips are generated throughout the month, whenever any payroll work is completed. This allows employees to see their payslip, before it has been finalised. This causes many issues with employees querying things that haven’t been calculated yet. Even though it says DRAFT, it shouldn’t be visible until all calculations have been processed.
