Feature Request: Automatic Creation or Flagging of New Flexi Time Periods Currently, new flexi time periods have to be created manually. We usually only realise a new period is needed when employees contact us because they can't see their flexi balance. It would be really helpful if the system could either: Automatically create new flexi time periods when required, or Flag that a new flexi time period needs to be created before employees are affected. ly.

Announcements- when sending out announcements you should be able to delete or amend immediately. It is easy to attach the wrong document and once it has sent there is no way to retract.

Accrual rule
Setting up of an 'Accrual rule' on the holiday system for employees to enable the non taking of holiday that has not been accrued. For example: standard holiday entitlement of 28 days per year that includes B/H allowance. Employee entitlement calculated on 28/12 months = 2.33 days per month allowance. Could there be a set a limit so that an employee cannot book any entitlement that they have not accrued. Or if they do it flags it so that admin have to agree it.

Could we please have an easy way (not have to run a report) to see how many holidays a person has taken and what their remaining entitlement is? The option on their record shows what their entitlement is, but you can’t drill down to see what’s been booked, which they always ask. A screen view showing all details would be really good please.

Calendar Problems on new Beta Version
On the new desktop Beta version, when someone requests holidays for the future (which all holidays would be) they don’t show. The view defaults to a month ago up to today, rather than showing all holiday requests. Can this be changed please as it’s a pain to have to go to the calendar every time to choose dates. It should just show all requests, as it does on the old version.

Please note that when an employee’s working hours change, any holidays already booked must be adjusted accordingly. This means that booked leave should be recalculated to reflect the employee’s new daily working hours. For example, if an employee previously worked 5 hours per day and has now moved to 7 hours per day, any existing holiday bookings should be updated to ensure the correct number of hours are deducted for that period. This helps maintain accurate leave balances and ensures consistency across payroll and records. Can the system automatically do this please?

Would it be possible to enable MFA for specific types of user rather than company-wide? We would like it for Admins but many users are self-service only and don’t need the additional security.

Would it be possible to see the number of available/used licenses somewhere in the admin screen. Also would it be possible to add additional licenses through the website rather than emailing to get them added?

we would like to see the word “Employee” removed from Chronicle. Hours recorded may be for temporary workers, contingency workers, independent contract workers – not just Employees. It is disingenuous to use the term Employee for a non-employed worker. “Worker” or “Operative” or “Individual” would be more apt.
