When using Self Service, could there be left and right arrows to allow users to move between weeks, rather than having to select a date each time? This would make navigating between weeks much quicker and more user-friendly, particularly when reviewing previous or upcoming weeks.

Can we have Long Service milestone flags added to the system? It would be useful if the system could automatically flag to both the employee's manager and HR when an employee is approaching a long-service milestone, at 5-year intervals (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years, etc.). Ideally, the notification would be generated in advance of the milestone date to allow sufficient time to arrange any relevant long-service recognition or awards.

When generating reports, if an employee has moved departments, can the report reflect their department based on the date of the change? The report should use the employee's department that was applicable at the relevant date, rather than their current department. This would ensure historical reports remain accurate and reflect the correct departmental information at the time.

When adding a photo
Once a photo has been added, can it be adjusted or cropped within the system? It would be useful to have the option to crop, reposition or adjust the photo after it has been uploaded, particularly where the original image doesn't fit the required dimensions.

Highlighting in self service
When highlighting a period in the calendar to submit a request, could the highlighted colour be made darker or more prominent? At the moment, the highlighting doesn't stand out very well, which can make it quite confusing to see exactly which period has been selected. A stronger contrast would make the selected period much clearer for users.

In the employee profile, please could we have a Benefits tab where we can record the following information: PMI number Cash Plan number Pension plan number Pension percentage Company car Car allowance It would also be useful if some of the fields could be customisable/amendable by us, so we can add or remove benefit types to suit the requirements of each business. We usually only realise a new period is needed when employees contact us because they can't see their flexi balance.
