Can we have Long Service milestone flags added to the system?
It would be useful if the system could automatically flag to both the employee's manager and HR when an employee is approaching a long-service milestone, at 5-year intervals (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years, etc.).
Ideally, the notification would be generated in advance of the milestone date to allow sufficient time to arrange any relevant long-service recognition or awards.
