Hi, this is now active - knowledge articles and news items will follow shortly. In the meantime to enable this go to System Settings and enable Outlook Sync, in Nav bar - new option becomes available - fill out credentials and holidays sick and absence will sync. Please be aware there is currently a bug where if you resync and disconnect then data gets duplicated in outlook - this is being addressed.

    Hi,

I really like the new feature but I have a suggestion - can names carry across with the integration?

We were hoping to use this feature to publish to the business who was on leave when, but currently it just shows as “Holiday - Chronicle” on everyone's calendars. using John Smith as the example, could this be modified to show “Holiday - John Smith” instead?

Also, are there any plans to integrate rosters through outlook? We would like to be able to set up different email addresses so that it can integrate a team onto a roster - again for example my team would be registered with a secondary email address “john.smiths.team@mybusiness.co.uk” - and everyone with that secondary email address would have their roster assigned to that calendar integration.

    Thanks.

    James.

      Hi,

‘Featurebase’ is a place for Chronicle customers to give us as a business feedback and share ideas for potential development work, it also allows the community to vote and comment on the ideas enabling us to have a better understanding on the popularity of the desired new features.

Depending on the idea and volume of support from the user base then work will be added to the development roadmap. You can see our development plan under the section ‘Roadmap’.

Currently, this ‘Outlook integration’ is just an idea and yet to be committed to. It's quite a big piece of work, and we would need to speak directly with a handful of customers to understan fully their expectations. After that we could produce a development specification document to give to our product designers to execute.

May I suggest contacting Louise Keech one of our Account Managers to discuss further.

      Best Regards
