Staff Turnover Report

If you want to generate a report of all leavers from, for example, 2024, it shows all leavers and then all staff who haven’t left underneath. There’s no need for this. Additionally, this report fails to show the start dates of those who have left in 2024 if they haven’t started in 2024. Makes the report unusable.
