Show start and end times of shift when booking holiday on app and desktop

It’s very clunky to chose the start and end time on the app in particular when booking a holiday. When we enter the date of the holiday, can it show the shift start time and end time please, but allow us to over-type it if we’re not booking a full day (we use custom holidays).

If it was to show the actual shift start and end time that would stop so many errors as the wheel is very awkward to use; it’s too easy to make a mistake. Even if we could type in the time rather than using the wheel that would be better please.
