Ability to add columns/rows to existing reports (or to create own report). For example, ability to add Activity, Cost Centre, Tag etc to timesheet type reports
Could implementation of the online report designer not be done with traning at a cost to us as a customer?

Due to the way the tool is embedded in our website this isn’t really feasible. If we review our report tool in the future, this is something we will bear in mind.

Hi Nikki, great idea and thanks for sharing but with the current software we use to create the Chronicle reports this is not technically possible.
Chroncile though as a business does offer bespoke report writing services and we have a full time person able to help with this. Investment start for a simple change of an existing report at £200.00+vat, or for a whole new report from £600.00 onwards.

We have though identified this as an opportunity for Chronicle Online but it would require a completely new reporting tool being developed and is very difficult due to the nature of Chronicle being a true cloud multi tennnated solution. Please note that most of the common reports we cover as standard for free and often its only one or two reports people request a change for.
