Remaining Users
Instead of just saying you have no more users in red when you’re trying to add someone, notify us that there are only x amount of users remaining. This will avoid short notice new starters from not having a user because admins are not aware until they are trying to add someone that there are none left.

Hi Beth, thank you for this suggestion, it’s something we will consider.
In the meantime, in case you are not already aware, you can view at anytime how many licences you have on your system by using the “licence details report”.
You will find this report under Advanced reports - Category Misc - Report - Licence details report. This will give you a full breakdown of your current licence count.
