Could we please have an easy way (not have to run a report) to see how many holidays a person has taken and what their remaining entitlement is? The option on their record shows what their entitlement is, but you can’t drill down to see what’s been booked, which they always ask.

A screen view showing all details would be really good please.

    Thanks Joanne. I am reviewing Featurebase feedback again this morning and thinking further - Chronicle Self-Servicing and Calendars already provide this information. Is this not appropriate?

    Employees can view their holiday calendar, entitlements, and holiday requests through Self Service and the mobile app, so I'd like to understand what's missing from your perspective.

    Could you describe the workflow you're expecting? For example, are you looking for a single screen that combines the balance and all booked leave from the employee file and entitlements screen, or is there something you can't currently see?

    It will help me understand whether this is a discoverability issue, a training issue, or whether we genuinely need to improve the design in V2.

    Thanks for suggesting this!

    Just to be clear: totals for Booked and Remaining are also displayed on Employee’s Profile →

    Entitlements tab.

    But you also would like to open a history and see what’s been booked per each

    entitlement type, correct?
