Hi Knowles and Pinnacle, wow what a great tool this is for customers and Chronicle to engage with.
We have investigated this and acknowledge that, yes, this is a shortcoming of the manager app compared with the desktop and employee apps.
We will commit to put this into the next available spring cycle and update in the changelog when this is rectified.

The custom option is available for both app and desktop I think it has just been removed from your choices, if you contact the tech department they should be able to reactivate it for you
