Incidence Reporting

we would like to make more use of the incidence reporting through the app, to the managers desk top.

A few things that would be helpful:

  • could the manager get an email notification that an incident has been reported.

  • a tab on the dashboard like ‘onsite or overtime’ to clearly say a new incident has been reported.

  • an option to reply to the post for an admin point of view, so could write : (manager name) to investigate.

  • a way of checking off incident that have been reported, there is already a tick box next to each report, but currently nothing to do with it, could have ‘actioned’, ‘pending’ or ‘investigating’ buttons.

  • there also isn’t any reports that you can print or export. would be helpful for one that could show how many incidences in a time frame. or if any still need to to ‘actioned’
