we would like to make more use of the incidence reporting through the app, to the managers desk top.
A few things that would be helpful:
could the manager get an email notification that an incident has been reported.
a tab on the dashboard like ‘onsite or overtime’ to clearly say a new incident has been reported.
an option to reply to the post for an admin point of view, so could write : (manager name) to investigate.
a way of checking off incident that have been reported, there is already a tick box next to each report, but currently nothing to do with it, could have ‘actioned’, ‘pending’ or ‘investigating’ buttons.
there also isn’t any reports that you can print or export. would be helpful for one that could show how many incidences in a time frame. or if any still need to to ‘actioned’
