Improved Holiday Request Emails
Improved holiday request emails so that managers can take action to approve/ decline holiday (and other absence types) from the email directly or at least link to the relevant area in the Chronicle software. Currently the email just gives a list of dates requested but doesn’t prompt any action.

Chronicle is pleased to announce that this work is now live. When you receive an email notification for a holiday request or exception notification, you will now see a link in the email which will take you directly into the request to action.

Ironically, if push notifications worked (another feature request), then this could be all driven from the manager app, and email alerts could almost be made redundant.
