Hours changes

Please note that when an employee’s working hours change, any holidays already booked must be adjusted accordingly.

This means that booked leave should be recalculated to reflect the employee’s new daily working hours. For example, if an employee previously worked 5 hours per day and has now moved to 7 hours per day, any existing holiday bookings should be updated to ensure the correct number of hours are deducted for that period.

This helps maintain accurate leave balances and ensures consistency across payroll and records. Can the system automatically do this please?
