With the new legislation of keeping holiday and holiday pay records for at least 6 years. Will you be updating the system to cope with this change please?
Yes — we are aware of the new requirements around retaining holiday and holiday pay records for a minimum of 6 years.
Chronicle already retains historical holiday data within the system, we are currently reviewing the legislation in detail to ensure full compliance with any specific record-keeping obligations and reporting requirements introduced by the changes.
Where any enhancements are required, these will be incorporated into the product roadmap and communicated to customers accordingly.
If you have any specific concerns around the legislation or particular audit/reporting requirements you are expecting, please do let us know and we can take those into consideration as part of our review.
