can there be a calendar layout view for all employees to see who is off for managers to see the whole month rather than a list? and have the option to print the Calendar page?
Please note there is also a holiday report in advanced reports called - the ‘Holiday Crosstab report’ that shows just people off on holiday for the month. See screen shot for example.

On your account one of your super users has restricted the report list access. In Settings under ‘Reporting and Exceptions‘ on the left you can choose which reports you can view or hide. If you amend this to include Crosstab report then this report will be available to all users.

Sorry i dont’t fully understand what you are asking for. The ‘calendar’ screen has a month view option as standard and the ‘view attendance’ screen has a month view option (top right to expand from week view) already. I will close the featurebase suggestion.

so it’s like the Calendar we currently have but a printable version, in the reports, there is a holidays section but you can only view and print them in a list format this method for us seems messy and not user-friendly, so a calendar layout version would be better and clearer for each Tag area.

I agree with this, the current view calendar option shows all staff, whether they’re in or not, but if that could be filtered to just show who is off, that would be good please and might be a quick fix, maybe?

Thank you for the replies to this post (which wasn’t mine), but could you please consider my request for a filter so that we can see who is off (desktop version).
Would it be better if I put in a new request on here for this, rather than hijacking this one?!
