Holiday Entitlement in Hours and Minutes shows in Decimal not HH:MM

Currently, Hours and minutes show in Decimal format not actual Hours and Minutes.

This is confusing for employees as there are only 60 mins in an hour, not 100, so decimals were hard to understand naturally.

Option to define the balance being shown as HH:MM would be ideal.
