Automatically Lock Previous Month Records on a Set Date

Rather than having to manually lock records, have an option to automatically lock the work records for the previous month on a set date

I would like to have a set date, for example, the 6th - where all work records lock for the previous month to give the managers a deadline for dealing with exceptions and making any amendments to overtime

This would also mean, that if the users that typically lock the records are off for whatever reason, the records still get locked down on time
