App holiday booking by hour for shift workers

Our company holiday entitlement is in hours; we book holidays by the hour, not day. However, the app doesn't work correctly for employees who work shifts as it doesn’t recognise what shift they will be working on the week for which they are booking holidays. We need the app to know what shift they are going to be working so that they know what holidays to book please. Thank you
