An option to be able to amend Exceptions with drop down boxes on the initial page, without having to go in to each individual account.

You're absolutely right — the exception management functionality in Chronicle can be improved to be more powerful, faster, and easier to use.

To address this, we’re proposing a series of enhancements to the Exceptions Management screen that will introduce quick action buttons. These updates will allow users to:

• Add Holiday, Sick, or Absence entries

• Clear an exception

• View real clockings

• Add an end time

• Create a default day

• Swap a default shift

• View a Location Alert

• Option to turn on or off certain exceptions that are redundant.

We’ve prioritised this development work, and it’s scheduled to be completed over the next 2–3 sprints (approximately 4–6 weeks).
