Accrual rule

Setting up of an 'Accrual rule' on the holiday system for employees to enable the non taking of holiday that has not been accrued.

For example: standard holiday entitlement of 28 days per year that includes B/H allowance.

Employee entitlement calculated on 28/12 months = 2.33 days per month allowance.

Could there be a set a limit so that an employee cannot book any entitlement that they have not accrued. Or if they do it flags it so that admin have to agree it.
