Abesences to be either by hour or day

Our holidays are per hour, however, it would be good if bank holidays could be by day. Currently the system only lets you have hours or days, but our old system let us choose which we wanted by absence type.

It’s difficult for us to put the hours in for bank holidays as our employees work different hours on different days of the week, depending on their shift. The ability to use hours for one type of absence, and days for another would be a great help.
