Automatically download employees to Terminal Groups and Door Controllers on creation
Please make it automatic so that when you add an employee to Chronicle and define a terminal group or access group, the system downloads the employees straight away and no secondary action in terminal settings needs to be conducted. Save time, improve user experience, one less thing to do.
Exception
Can the exception of clocked in on a non scheduled day be removed, we authorise the overtime for it so really it doesn’t need flagging.
Self service
When using Self Service, could there be left and right arrows to allow users to move between weeks, rather than having to select a date each time? This would make navigating between weeks much quicker and more user-friendly, particularly when reviewing previous or upcoming weeks.
Long service flags
Can we have Long Service milestone flags added to the system? It would be useful if the system could automatically flag to both the employee's manager and HR when an employee is approaching a long-service milestone, at 5-year intervals (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years, etc.). Ideally, the notification would be generated in advance of the milestone date to allow sufficient time to arrange any relevant long-service recognition or awards.
Reporting
When generating reports, if an employee has moved departments, can the report reflect their department based on the date of the change? The report should use the employee's department that was applicable at the relevant date, rather than their current department. This would ensure historical reports remain accurate and reflect the correct departmental information at the time.
When adding a photo
Once a photo has been added, can it be adjusted or cropped within the system? It would be useful to have the option to crop, reposition or adjust the photo after it has been uploaded, particularly where the original image doesn't fit the required dimensions.
Highlighting in self service
When highlighting a period in the calendar to submit a request, could the highlighted colour be made darker or more prominent? At the moment, the highlighting doesn't stand out very well, which can make it quite confusing to see exactly which period has been selected. A stronger contrast would make the selected period much clearer for users.
Announcements
I would like to have the ability to send a hyperlink in an announcement when we have things that we need employees to register for and sign.
Attendance screen
The attendance screen doesn’t have a search employee button. Can we have this please? Thanks
Employees on rest day
Can employees on “rest“ days be treated the same as employees that are on holiday/sick/absent and not show up on the fire report.
Access control - download
When downloading all doors to an employee please can we have an all button. When we select all on one page it unticks the other. Also, a search button for the employee's name would be helpful
Calendar
When using the calendar to add in sickness, please can we highlight the whole month but so it knows not to update weekends or rest days please?
Benefits
In the employee profile, please could we have a Benefits tab where we can record the following information: PMI number Cash Plan number Pension plan number Pension percentage Company car Car allowance It would also be useful if some of the fields could be customisable/amendable by us, so we can add or remove benefit types to suit the requirements of each business. Announcements- can they automatically be archived once read. Also archived after 6 months to save clogging up the app.

Employees should be able to view there personal details and update if required on the mobile app without having to have a self service licence

Flexi time periods
Feature Request: Automatic Creation or Flagging of New Flexi Time Periods Currently, new flexi time periods have to be created manually. We usually only realise a new period is needed when employees contact us because they can't see their flexi balance. It would be really helpful if the system could either: Automatically create new flexi time periods when required, or Flag that a new flexi time period needs to be created before employees are affected. ly.
