A read-only panel that shows an employee's flexitime one week at a time — what they worked against what they were contracted to work, how much their balance moved each day, and the running balance as it builds through the flexi period.
Answering everyday flexitime questions without reading a dense clock card: "why is she two hours down this month?", "which day did he build that credit up?", "what did they carry in from last period?"
Managers get it for any employee they can open; employees get it for their own record through Self Service. Nothing on the panel can be edited — times, balances and adjustments are still maintained on their own screens.

Open the employee's record.
Go to the Flexitime tab.
Click Weekly Breakdown (top right, next to Refresh and Delete).
Employees reach the same button via Self Service on their own record. Unlike Refresh and Delete, Weekly Breakdown stays enabled there — it is read-only, so there is nothing to protect.
The Flexitime tab can be hidden per company. If you can't see it, that setting is why.
The panel opens on the period and week containing today, so in normal use it lands where you want it without any navigation.
Worked vs Contracted shows the two headline figures day by day. Rest days show 00:00 contracted, so anything worked on them is pure credit.
Weekly Breakdown shows how the balance moved:
Everything is hours:minutes; rows that describe a change or a balance carry a + / − sign, green for credit and red for debit.
Weeks run from the period start, not from Monday. Week 1 begins on the period's start date and each week is the next seven days — so a period starting on a Saturday has weeks running Saturday to Friday. This is deliberate: it makes each week exactly one seventh of the period so the daily balances add up cleanly. It also means the last week of a period is usually short (a 31-day period ends with a three-day Week 5).
A flexi holiday costs the employee nothing. Contracted goes up 8 hours and flexi holiday goes up 8 hours, so Flexi Today shows +00:00. That's correct, not a missing figure.
C/F and Adjustment belong to the whole period, not to a day — which is why they appear once at the period's start and are blank on every other week.
"No flexitime data available for this period" means the employee has no flexi periods. They need a flexitime rule (Employee record → Additional info) and at least one period on the Flexitime tab before the panel has anything to show.
