To reduce manual admin and ensure accurate records, Chronicle Online now automatically handles future holidays when an employee's leaving date is entered.
When a leaving date is added to an employee's record:
All holidays scheduled after that date will now be automatically cancelled.
This ensures the employee’s holiday balance is correct and prevents unnecessary approvals or adjustments.
Saves time for HR and admin teams.
Prevents accidental over-allocation of leave.
Keeps absence records consistent and compliant.
This update is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline offboarding processes in Chronicle Online.
